My Review on Modern Times

My personal thoughts on Modern Times is that Charlie Chaplin's great film conveyed the horrors of society by juxtaposing the past, present and future. The film showed me that everyday new obstacles arise but one must look at the happy side and find a creative way to move on. I think that Charlie Chaplin tried to tie everything in his last film of the character The Little Tramp to give his wise opinion concerning life and how unjust it is especially to those who are not so fortunate like the orphan girl. In the end, no matter where one finds ourselves it is important to smile.
